We are Athletic Development Coordinators, Sports Performance & Fitness Coaches, Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists and Physical Medicine professionals. We are not merely hobbyist or enthusiasts involved in a part time venture or gig. This is our profession, our passion and our journey.
Designing relevant programs for each athlete and/or team, we recognize and revisit vital fundamentals while acknowledging that aggressive and progressive work need be done to meet each athlete where they’re at. We know and develop athletes of all skill levels from youth and elite, to college or pro.
Arguably one of, if not the most important day of your life! Preparing for a life or career changing test, showcase, try-out or work out is a challenge in-and-of itself at the physical, emotional and psychological levels.
We will examine the given testing elements and requirements, assess your current status and then properly challenge your development for peak performance during the course of testing.

Each day athletes are expected to perform sports specific skills at high levels in both practice and game play. It is unfair however for a parent, coach, district or community member/fan to expect a competitive level of play, without first equipping the athlete with the speed, strength, power, agility, balance, endurance and neuro-muscular training necessary to facilitate the expected performance.
Kid’s Sports & Fitness is not merely a bridge class; rather meets your young athlete where they’re at. As opposed to aimless or randomized programming based on speculation, this class is in fact grounded upon countless years of experience in youth and pre-adolescent programming.
